The cancellation of registration license and registration cancellation of customs declaration enterprises (cross regional branches) shall be carried out simultaneously. Customs declaration enterprises (cross district branch offices) shall submit the following documents and materials to the registered customs for cancellation procedures:
1. Proof of tax payment issued by the Customs Department;
2. A certificate issued by the customs at the location of all branches of the customs declaration enterprise that the customs declaration enterprise has completed the customs procedures (limited to the cancellation of the customs declaration enterprise);
3. Copy of the approval from the competent department for the suspension, termination, relocation, bankruptcy, etc. of the enterprise (limited to the cancellation of customs declaration enterprises, exempted from submission by private enterprises);
4. Original Certificate of Registration for Customs Declaration Enterprise of the People's Republic of China;
5. Original certificates of all registered customs brokers (including customs broker certificate, customs broker qualification certificate, and customs broker card) of the customs declaration enterprise (cross district branch);
6. Customs declaration enterprises (cross regional branches) apply for cancellation of customs declaration registration and written reports from customs declarants (the enterprise and customs declarant shall issue separate reports, and each customs declarant shall write a cancellation certificate indicating the customs declarant certificate number, qualification certificate number, and customs declarant card number);
7. Other documents and materials required by customs.
After 3 working days from the date of customs acceptance, please come to collect the "Notice of Enterprise Customs Procedure Completion" with the acceptance receipt and your own ID card.
