List of required documents for account cancellation:
1. Fill in two copies of the application form for revoking a bank account;
2. Original and photocopy of certificates and licenses of the legal representative and agent;
3. Original and photocopy of business license, or notice of approval for cancellation;
4. Return unused checks and wire transfer vouchers to the account. If unable to return, please provide an explanation of the situation;
5. Original Account Opening Permit
6. Return the account seal card and provide an explanation if it is lost.
